Edward Brenninkmeijer (Chairman)

Edward Brenninkmeijer is Chief Investment Officer of Amesto and an owner of Cofra Holding AG, a global family-owned enterprise with interests spanning private equity, real estate, asset management, and retail.

Edward serves on several boards and advisory bodies, including the Investment Committee of Constanter and the Global Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Alongside his professional responsibilities, Edward is actively engaged in several philanthropic and educational initiatives. He lives outside London with his wife and their three children, who are Lambrook pupils.

Paddy’s first visit to Lambrook came in 1972 when his school lost narrowly in an Under 8s rugby match. Since then, his sons spent many happy years as Lambrook pupils and he was honoured to join, and to become Chair of, the Board of Governors.

His career has involved a decade as a Barrister on the Western Circuit, before a move into equity markets involving roles with Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan. He spent several years Chair of Trustees for the Bradfield College Foundation, and is a current board member of Beech Lodge School.

Paddy’s passions in life are his family, friends, the Ireland rugby team and spending as much time as possible in the French Alps.

Fergus Wheeler grew up in Northern Ireland, was educated at St. MacNissi’s College, Garron Tower and subsequently attended Trinity College, Dublin, where he graduated with an Honours degree in Law and French. He was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2004 and in England & Wales in 2010 and is now a Partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins LLP and a member of the firm’s Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Fergus focuses on private credit and other debt and equity finance transactions, with experience in leveraged finance spanning more than 20 years.

Fergus works with many of the most active private credit investors around the globe and has been at the forefront of legal developments in that asset class for more than 15 years. He advises international private credit funds and a range of alternative capital providers investing across the capital structure in senior secured, junior and hybrid debt and equity opportunities, in both performing and stressed situations.

Fergus is married to Charlotte and they have a son and a daughter at Lambrook. Outside work and family life, he is a keen golfer, skier and enjoys coaching junior rugby at a local club.

Annabel Nicoll is the Sponsor and Chair of The Langley Academy Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust in Langley, Slough which includes The Langley Academy (Secondary), The Langley Academy (Primary) and Parlaunt Park Primary Academy.

Annabel gained a degree in History of Art with History from Bristol University and qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist, graduating from UCL and The Middlesex Hospital in 1997 with 1st class Honours.

Annabel is also a founding Trustee of The River and Rowing Museum in Henley-on-Thames and of her own charity, The Annabel Arbib Foundation, which sponsors The Langley Academy Trust, which has a strong focus on education. Annabel has been a Trustee of the Academy Sponsors Trust and then sat on the Academy Sponsors Advisory Council for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust. She was appointed an Honorary Member of Council of the NSPCC in 2007. In October 2016, Annabel became a Member of The Marlow Education Trust.

Annabel has been a governor of Lambrook School since 2012. She is currently Chair of the Education Committee and has also previously held the post of Chair of the Health and Safety Committee.

Annabel has three children; two of whom have been educated at Lambrook.

Cristina Stenbeck is Chair of the Board of publicly traded Swedish investment firm Kinnevik and a private investor. She graduated from Georgetown University in Washington DC with a BSc.

Cristina is a Board member of Beyond Type 1 and served for a number of years as trustee of St Andrews School in Delaware, USA.

She has been a Board member of the Swedish investment firm Kinnevik for 17 years. She is also a Board member of Tandem Health, a regulated clinical AI company building a complete medical assistant across Europe. She was the Chair of the leading European technology platform for fashion and lifestyle, Zalando, for six years and Director of the world most popular audio streaming subscription service, Spotify, for six years.

She is mother of five children, the two youngest of whom are current Lambrook pupils.

Dominic Emmerson is a Lambrook parent and has spent 30 years in the Wealth Management industry advising private clients and charities globally for Cazenove Capital.  He has served as a board director for its Asian business and CEO then Chair for its US business, as well as holding a wide range of leadership roles in the UK.

He graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London, with a degree in Geography and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

He is a trustee of a number of charities and family estates overseeing a wide range of asset classes and objectives.

Domenico (“Mimi”) Ferrini is a founding member of Ninety One, a global investment manager. Mimi is the Co-Chief Investment Officer and serves on the firm’s Executive Management team.  A father of four, Mimi has a strong connection to the Lambrook community, with his two youngest children currently enrolled at the school. He graduated from the University of South Africa with a degree in Commerce.
